Gauze Roll Folding Rolling Machine
Gauze roll folding rolling machine is used to fold 900mm width absorbent gauze roll and nonwoven fabric material to be 4ply 220mm width. Other width of gauze such as 1000mm, 1200mm can be customized made.
Features:
1.Automatic folding, precise rolling, simple in operation and stable in production.
2.Feeding width:max 900mm, and the inner diameter is 76mm.
3.Rewinding diameter:450mm, Folding width:max 220mm, rewinding roll diameter is 10mm for 100yards rolls.
There are two models of gauze roll folding rolling machine for different types of folding:
Type 1: Internal folding machine: to fold gauze edge inside in the middle of gauze, the edge of gauze will not come out, only one
operator is needed;
Type 2: External folding machine: to fold gauze edge outside, the edge of gauze is exposed, need 2 operators.
