Four side paper plastic surgical mask packaging machine is the new design model for face mask packaging.
Machine adopts 4 shaft servo drive system, PLC programmable controller, operation interface of the color touch screen for precise film delivery, stable material transfer, and accurate bag cutting.


Featrues:
1. Independent guide column mold base and mobile synchronous heat sealing system, the sealing surface temperature is more uniform and stable, the edge sealing is tight and durable.
2.Bag type: Herringbone bag shape, easy tear and open.
3.Bag material:Paper + transparent film


Process flow:
Manual placement → bagging → bag making → sealing → cutting → packaged product delivery
